POSITION SUMMARY
As the Director of FP&A at 10X Health, you will serve as a crucial link between finance, accounting, and other strategic departments, driving the development of enhanced processes and systems. With an emphasis on automation, reporting, and data management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing departmental budgets and ensuring clear communication across teams.

OBJECTIVES
- Provide financial and operational information, expertise and insights to organization through reporting, data management & technological integrations
- Own full cycle budgeting process & create monthly reporting package for executive & ownership review
- Monitor and report on department budgets, targets and other KPIs
- Create automated processes for strategic departments
- Identity key business drivers and relevant metrics for performance
- Organize and structure company financial data
- Work with technology department to develop core FinTech infrastructures needed to scale reporting efficiently
- Contribute to our internal analyst team to design, develop and operationalize analytics dashboards
- Extract insights based on strategic objectives
- Facilitate actionable reporting & dashboards to key stakeholders
- Prepare financial forecasts for short- and long-term planning and align strategic financial metrics across all departments to drive results
- Provide Ad Hoc analysis and recommendations
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, activity reports and financial forecasts for clients
COMPETENCIES
- Expert fluency with Google Sheets/Excel formulas and functions
- Proficient understanding of QuickBooks and/or Netsuite
- Ability to gather and skillfully analyze financial data and identify the information needed to solve a problem effectively
- Ability to individually pull data with SQL
- Intermediate understanding of GAAP
- Experience using Business Intelligence such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Strong understanding of financial models, budgets and financial reporting packages
- Strong capabilities for developing and presenting analyses and insights to senior management
- Ability to leverage data visualization tools to clearly articulate information
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years’ work experience in Finance and Accounting
- Experience in a medtech, wellness or e-commerce business
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
- Travel up to 10% of the time
